Founded in 1986 by Andrew Rudnick, the Matzo Ball has become a Christmas Eve tradition for Jewish men and Jewish women (http://www.matzoball.org/press_26.html) to meet, mingle and dance the night away. The Washington Post called it "One of the hottest hug-spots for Jewish singles to meet a mate for a lifetime or just to go out with on a couple of fun dates."
